I went into this local shop in York last wednesday and I was the 3rd person waiting to be served but no one was there to serve any of us.At the same time there were 3 members of staff were dealing with prospective customers at the tables in the store . I went to one of the staff and asked if we can be dealt with and he said sorry but we are all busy . After about 3 mins of waiting I walked out in disgust . I went back 80 mins later and the same staff were dealing with yet more cutomers sign up and only 2 people were waiting to be dealt with, I asked the first person in the queue how long they had been waiting, and he said oh about 3 or 4 mins and still no progress . I then walked out in disgust and went to Phones4U for my service , which , may I ad was immediate . ...
