Got my phone from this phone shop last year. Sony Erricson k800i, still have it with O2 however looking to get a new one soon. Contract is good but really annoyed with O2 as I send a shed load of texts and I can\'t change the tarrif im on as I couldn\'t find anything thats more texts and less minutes - so bill sometimes ends up £20 more than what i pay! But oh well, phone is good never needed help from o2. Price: so / so, service cant complain, knowledegeable: poorish as they just done it online and i could have done it in the house! location: cant get any better.. thanks...
